You can ask your employees to write down what it is that they value and why they feel the way they do. Take the things that they say seriously and think about how those values can make their lives better. If you are at a loss, don't give up. Give yourself some time to figure out what it is that you want to learn more about.Seek out those who can help you understand your values. Do not be afraid to ask for their insights and their opinions. Also seek out those who are well respected and who have never failed in their leadership roles. Take their ideas and wisdom to heart.
